One guarantee of the past few years has been constant change. Classes and work environments have transitioned from in-person to virtual to hybrid consistently. For some, the initial transition to a virtual environment was the hardest. Alternately, others realized they enjoy a break from the pressure of being in-person and in turn, have encountered new challenges with the shift to hybrid or in-person expectations.
